How do I confirm my reservation?
As simple as one phone call, email or even one click away, a representative from Buganvilias Private Vacation Club will contact you the same way with your confirmation code.
Are there any requirements in order to guarantee a reservation in the club?
- All payments must be covered.
- Reservations are confirmed in order of request, We recommend if you are traveling on high season please confirm in advance
- You may request your first reservation after the first week of been a member.
- 2 years in advance is the maximum to request week.
- In order to guarantee a reservation it has to be confirmed by our reservation department with a code.
- After your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a letter of confirmation, with the terms and conditions.
- The minimum stay is 7 nights you may request additional nights.
How many weeks may be requested per year?
Acceleration of your weeks are based subject to the availability, you may accelerate as may as you wish, in order to confirm the weeks the maintenance fees should be covered.
About seasons
When is the Holiday season?
Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter and Holy weeks based on the Mexican calendar.
When is the Prime season?
Takes place from the week 18th trough the 43rd (May trough October).
When is the Super Prime season?
Takes place from the 1st week trough the 50th week1-50
When is Value season?
May, June September and October months
When is the maintenance fee due?
Deadline to pay the fee is January the 31st of each year or when you request a reservation.
How can I trade my weeks for a different destination?
Buganvilias Private Vaction Club has an affiliation with RCI and HSI, in order to provide you more options in regards of trading your weeks
