Joe Finger designed this par-71, 18-hole course with 6,500 yards just north of town, only a ten minute drive from the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center. Fairways are dotted with lakes, ponds and lagoons; water comes into play on 11 holes. Lots of scenic tropical vegetation.

Offering two dynamic courses; the first one, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design, is located on the property's highest elevations. Golfers play across rolling, grassy hillsides through dense forests of palms and giant fichus trees, and across the natural creeks and arroyos in at least a dozen places. The second course, a Signature Design by Tom Weiskop, plays through towering forests of palms and papaleo trees, across deep natural ravines and swift creeks. Preferential starting times are given to guests at both courses.

Additionally, golfers may also play at Los Flamingos Country Club, El Tigre at Paradise Village, Four Seasons Punta Mita Golf Club, and Mayan Palace Golf Club.
