Do you have activities for kids?

Yes, actually we have a Kid's Club named Sheratoon's for children under 12 years old; in this club they have different activities daily, these activities can be changed according to the season and wheatear.

Do you have cribs and high chairs for children?

Yes, the Resort has cribs and high chairs for children, these items can be requested upon arrival to our Concierge desk directly or dialing *59.

Do you have babysitter services?

Yes, the Resort has a babysitter service, this service must be requested directly to our Concierge desk or dialing *59, the personnel authorized to do this job is trust worthy personnel who works in the Resort.

Do you have medical emergency services?

Yes, we have Emergency Medical Services to all of our guests; these services must be requested to our Concierge.

Arrivals are only Saturdays?

The weekly vacations of the Resort are programmed from Saturday to Saturday, if you prefer to arrive a day earlier or departure a day later; you can contact our Time Share Reservations Department to offer you the best choices and special rates.

Do you have transportation from the airport to the hotel?

No, the Resort does not provide shuttle service, but in the International Airport you will find several options to get the service due to they have different type of taxis, depending of the costumer needs.

How much is the taxi fare from the airport?

The taxi fare from the Airport to the Resort is variable; it depends of the type, size and company of the taxi. The regular taxi, normally charges about $150.00 pesos, and a bigger taxi charges about $250.00 pesos.

Do you provide hospitality suite for early arrivals ?

Yes, but only if the availability request the suite and always depending of the needs of the guests.

Does every suite have refrigerators?

Yes, almost all of our units have a refrigerator; the only units that do not have a refrigerator are our Hotel rooms.

When is your raining season?

The raining season is unpredictable due to the global weather changes around the world; the normally raining season in Puerto Vallarta is from July to September.

How is the weather like?

Most of the time, the weather in Puerto Vallarta is very sunny and humid.

Do you have irons and iron boards and hair dryers in the suites?

Our units are not equipped with these items, but they can be requested to our Concierge dialing from the room *59 without charge.

What is the voltage capacity in the suites?

The voltage capacity is of 110 volts.

Do you have internet connections in the suites?

Our units have 02 telephone connections, one of these is for the phone line and the other is for lap tops, this service is charged as a long distance phone call and the computer must be provided by the guest.

How far away is the Club from downtown?

We are the highest category Resort closer to downtown; we are only five minutes away from downtown of Puerto Vallarta .

Do you have all-inclusive plan in the Club?

Yes, we have all inclusive meal plans that must be required upon arrival directly in the front desk.

Are there DVD'S or VHS in the suites?

No, our suites are not equipped with these type items but can be rented from an external company contacting directly our Concierges or dialing *59.

Do you have alarms clocks in the suites?

No, we do not have alarm clocks in the Suites but we have wake up calls service without charge provided by our Guest Services Department dialing from the Suite 0 (operator).

Do you have renting cars option in the Club ?

Yes, in the Resort you can find information about National rent a car which has a big selection of cars that you can rent depending the land that you want to explorer.
